Recipe:

HOT

1. Add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to a mug
2. Pour in 250ml hot milk of choice
3. Stir and enjoy

COLD

1. Add 2 heaped teaspoons into a mug
2. Pour a little hot water to make a paste
3. Pour in 250ml cold milk of choice
4. Add ice or icecream, blend and enjoy!
