1. add 1-2 heaped teaspoons to a mug
2. pour in 250ml hot milk of choice
3. stir and enjoy

Cold drink

1. add 2 heaped teaspoons into a mug
2. pour a little hot water to make a paste
3. pour in 250ml cold milk of choice
