Dynamic Duo - Half Caff Blend (50% Caffeine - 50% Decaf)

Roasted superbly to a Medium roast level, our goal here was to match the decaf with similar tasting caffeinated beans to have a super balanced and easy drinking coffee. We have our super sweet Popayan Sugar Cane process decaf mixing with it's sister caffeinated counterpart. Colombia Popayan Reserve which is the caffeinated version of the decaf! How awesome is that! We've also added a super tasty Brazilian coffee from small holders Gabriel & Flavia in the Alta Mogiana region of Brazil, known for nutty and vanilla sweet coffees.

The Dynamic Duo is here to stay and will fill that gap where caffeine may be beginning to overpower your days.

50% - Colombia - Popayan (Sugar Cane Decaf)

25% - Colombia - Popayan Reserve

25% - Brazil - Nossa Senhora

 

Tasting Notes:
We're getting the sweetness from the Popayan Decaf coming right thru giving us this solid toffee sweetness. The coffee rounds out with a comforting Milk Chocolate and Vanilla biscuit flavour. This coffee is a powerhouse thru milk and tastes fab!




The Story:

After establishing Decaf Co as a staple in the decaf community we had a portion of customers who were either weaning off caffeine or weren't super sensitive to caffeine and just wanted to change their habits. So we developed an incredibly awesome blend of 50% Caffeine beans and 50% Decaffeinated goodness!

So if you're the type of person who drinks 5 coffees a day and want to de-stress your body, or maybe you're pregnant and trying to squeeze under the 200mg daily caffeine intake recommendation, or maybe you just want a coffee after 4pm that's not going to have you staring at the ceiling in bed.
