Zero to Hero, this decaf essentially named itself. Zero caffeine, but could be the Hero of any cafes coffee blend.

A full Organic Swiss Water Process decaf coffee blend that tastes like everything you ever wanted in a normal coffee, let alone a decaf!

Roasted to a beautiful Medium roast level, our goal here is to highlight the sweet and creamy notes whilst not losing the vibrant character of each origin that makes up this blend. Not by choice, but this coffee inevitably ended up being comprised of 3 Organic lots. Upfront flavours of Malt Biscuits, Creamy vanilla and finishing with gentle Apricot acidity.

Peru - Moyobamba, San Martin (Organic)

Mexico - Veracruz (Organic)

 

 

We must be real with you, for us personally, Organic decafs were never a driving factor for what we do. It came to our attention very quickly, that it was a key priority for some of our loyal customers. So we were absolutely delighted that this decaf is comprised of 3 fantastic Organic decafs. We made this to taste the best it could from our entire range, it was just luck it ended up being Organic.

We also know how much you guys love Swiss Water Process decafs so we made sure we built this blend with that in mind!

 

Mycotoxin Testing:

After endless questions and requests from some of our customers. We decided to send this decaf to Government accredited Symbio Labs to be screened for Mycotoxins. We were advised all measurements were below detectable ranges.
